Konami Suing Viacom Over Rock Band's Patent Infringments

Konami, the company behind Metal Gear Solid, is suing Rock Band developer Harmonix and parent company Viacom, alleging that the popular rhythm game infringes on a number of patents. In other news, Konami is releasing their own Rock Band-style game later this year. Coincidence?
